Montcalm County will be holding 9 days of early voting, located at 651 N. State Street. Stanton, MI 48888. 

 

Early Voting Dates & Hours: 

Montcalm County will be holding Early Voting from Saturday, February 17th - Sunday, February 25th from 8:30am to 4:30pm. With the exception of Wednesday, February 21st, the hours will be 11am-7pm. 

Directions: Early Voting will be held directly behind the Montcalm County Sheriff's Office and Jail. You will turn on "William McCarthy Drive" which is located to the North side of the Sheriff's Office, and go straight back to the Pandemic Readiness Building. Signs will be posted indicating location.

Election Day: February 27, 2024 polls will be open 7 am, closing at 8pm.  Douglass Township 3521 W. McBride Rd Stanton, MI 48887


 

NOTICE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETING ACT AND AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES

 MONTCALM COUNTY BOARD OF CANVASSERS

 A Special Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Probate Court Jury Room at the Montcalm County Public Safety Complex, 639 N. State Street, Stanton, Michigan, for the purposes of canvassing election results for the February 27, 2024, Presidential Primary Election.

 The County of Montcalm will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at meeting/hearings, to individuals with disabilities attending the meeting/hearings upon 14 days notice to the County of Montcalm.

 Inquiries may be made by calling the Montcalm County Clerk at 831-7339.

 Minutes of this public body are stored at the Montcalm County Clerk’s office.

 Directions: The Board of Canvassers now meet in the Probate Court Jury Room. Entrance to the room is on the south side of the Public Safety Complex and will be marked with signs.

 Turn West off of N. State Street (M66) on Quarterline Road between the Montcalm Care Network and the Mid Michigan District Health Dept/Commission on Aging building.

 Turn right at the first driveway, which is immediately past the Health Dept/Commission on Aging Building.

 At the stop sign, the entry door to the building is directly ahead and will be marked with a sign.

 The Probate Court jury room is right inside the outside door.
